89. Stillness: Taking Hold of What is Already All Around Us with Carrie Skarda

Sometimes it feels like you’re running so hard that it’s impossible to make time for spirituality. This buzzword of mindfulness that we hear about seems impossible. Carrie wrote The Power of Stillness and she’s got a new workbook coming that puts stillness practices into action. She is an avid reader, a Diet Dr Pepper addict, and a bit of a yogi.
