Accessibility Accommodations
Our policy regarding accessibility and accommodation is to comply with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the guidelines outlined below. Some venues may necessitate alterations to the following general policy.
ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE WITHOUT REQUEST ADA priority seating will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wheelchair-Accessible Seating: Accessible seating with one companion seat is available at the event without a request in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases, depending on venue seating, the companion seat may not be directly adjacent to the wheelchair space.
Hard of Hearing/Low Vision: Large screens and audio amplification allow everyone, including those who are hard of hearing, blind, or low vision, to hear and see from wherever they are sitting. ADA Priority seating will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mobility Restrictions and Other Health Concerns: If you have difficulty walking or standing in line, we recommend that you designate someone in your party to stand in line for the ADA-accessible entrance.
